Here is a 6" Holmes clip fan. The motor (without fan blade) is death silent. But it is noticeable when the fan blades are on. It blows a good amount of air and the construction pretty good for $9. It also moves the air pretty far as well. It's not really that loud either. Overall it's a good fan and definitely worth your money!.
